Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be processed the next business day. Weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday) will process the following Monday (holidays excluded).

Shipping is available exclusively within the contiguous United States. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

3. Shipping Restrictions & Conditions
Dangerous Goods:

Certain items (e.g., fragrances) classified as hazardous cannot be shipped by air and will ship via standard ground methods within the Standard Shipping timeframe.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO):

Shipments to these addresses are through USPS. USPS tracking may not offer real-time updates. We cannot guarantee replacements for lost USPS packages.
Refused Packages:

Refusal of delivery incurs a fee equivalent to the carrier’s refusal charge. This fee is deducted from refunds or store credits.
4. Shipping Delays
UNITED STATES STORES LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier delays (FedEx, UPS, USPS)

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Upon placing your order, an Order Confirmation email is sent. A separate Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details follows once the order ships. Tracking numbers activate within 24 hours.
6. Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, contact customer service within 48 hours at info@usstores.us or call (888) 404-3006. Keep all packaging and damaged goods to assist claim processing.
