1. Is there a limit to the quantity I can order?

2. What happens if I’m not available at the time of delivery?

Our courier partners will attempt to contact you prior to delivery. If you're unavailable, the order will be rescheduled. Up to three delivery attempts will be made. If all fail, the order will be returned to the sender.

3. Can I place an order for delivery in the U.S. from outside the country (e.g., Canada)?

Yes, you can place an order from anywhere globally, as long as the delivery address is within the United States. Please ensure the correct ZIP code is entered.

4. Can I collect my order in person from US Stores?

No. All orders are shipped directly from our nearest warehouse to your shipping address. We do not offer in-person pickups.

5. When will my order be delivered?

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. However, delivery times may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.

6. Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

Yes, but only if the order hasn’t been billed or shipped yet. Please contact Customer Care immediately for assistance.

7. Are there any duties or taxes on orders?

International shipments may incur import duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Most domestic U.S. orders are not subject to additional fees.

8. Do you ship both domestically and internationally? Are there shipping charges?

Yes.

  • Domestic shipping (within the U.S.) is free.

  • International orders are subject to actual shipping charges calculated at checkout.
