  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

  • Return Authorization (RA) Number: All returns require an RA number. Items returned without this number may be rejected or incur delays.


2. Non-Returnable Items:

Due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., underwear, personal care items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software, music, or games

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  • RA Number: Upon approval, we will issue an RA number and detailed return instructions.

  • Prepare Your Package:

    • Pack items securely in original packaging.

    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

    • Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

    • Retain tracking information for your records.

4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees:

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we cover return shipping.

  • Buyer's Remorse: Returns due to buyer's remorse (wrong size/color, changed mind) will incur a 10-20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Refund Process & Timeline:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection.

  • Refund Issued: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within an additional 7 business days.

  • Total Timeline: Allow 14-20 business days from receipt of your return for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.


6. Late or Missing Refunds:

If your refund is delayed beyond the expected timeframe:

  • Contact your credit card issuer regarding pending transactions.
