Return Policy for US Stores
Returns Overview
Returns are available for nearly all products sold at US Stores. You can view your purchase history on usstores.in to see the latest eligible date for returns or replacements.
Return Requirements
- Most new, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be undamaged, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software, music, or games
- Select health and personal care items
Refund Process
- Most refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive your return.
- If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
- Contact your bank for further assistance.
- If you still haven’t received it, email us at info@usstores.in.
Return Procedure
- Contact Us: Email or call us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Return: Package the item in its original condition. Keep tracking information for reference.
- Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping costs for errors on our part. For buyer’s remorse, you may incur a 10-20% restocking fee.
Damage/Defect Policy
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours. Provide photos to expedite the process. Keep all packaging for potential returns.
Orders Returned Without Delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, standard return policies apply, including restocking fees and outbound shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is processed. Once processed, modifications are not possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Warranty Policy
Warranties, if applicable, are provided by manufacturers. Contact them for warranty-related issues.
Lost Shipments Policy
- If your shipment is not received by the expected date, notify us within 10 days.
- If marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 5 days.
Typographical Errors
